The application for rezoning of Erf 2280 Hout Bay from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to delete reasons 9 - 13
Rephrase reason 14 as follows:
The rezoning is desirable and will not impact significantly on existing rights.
AMEND CONDITIONS:
Amend condition 2.2 as follows:
The maximum floor area for dwellings must not exceed 1248m2.
