An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 519.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised workshop manufacturing aluminium windows and doors on Erf 83621 Cape Town at Retreat.
