An administrative penalty in the amount of R 56 700.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 with respect to 322m2 extent of unauthorised restaurant/deli and 9m2 shed on Erf 2134 Constantia.
