UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 860.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 97815 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to the extensions to the existing first floor bedroom and the store room on the property as per the plan drawn by Newman Architecture and Design with drawing number W.D.01 revision C dated October 2014.
