Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

a. The application for rezoning of Erf 9546 Constantia from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.


b. The application for consent for a hospital in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme, for Erf 9546 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.

c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 9546 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
