UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for rezoning of unregistered Erf 2055 (consolidation of Erven 1977, 1978, 1979, 1990 & 2000) Bergvliet, from General Residential Subzone GR1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the amendment of a condition of approval, as set out in Annexure A, for unregistered Erf 2055 (consolidation of Erven 1977, 1978, 1979, 1990 & 2000) Bergvliet, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 9 as follows:
Parking provision will need to comply with the requirements of the Development Management Scheme.
AMEND CONDITIONS:
3.1.2 The building height shall not exceed 10m above base level to the top of the roof.
