UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for subdivision in terms of Section 42(d) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to subdivide erf 189 Penhill into two portions respectively in accordance with plan 1, Erf 189, Penhill , BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
