That an administrative penalty in the amount of R327.25 (1%) for the unauthorized building work, and for the unauthorized land use (house shop) in the amount of R580.58 (1%) in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5674, 35 Kongo Way, Portland, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i)of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
