RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a new site development plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22964, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
b. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 23096) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22964, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
c. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 22965) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22964, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
d. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 22963) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22964, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
