Resolution details

RESOLVED that:

a) The application for rezoning Erven 1370, 1371 & 1372 Bergvliet from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b) The application for consolidation Erven 1370, 1371 & 1372 Bergvliet, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per consolidation plan LUM/18/1370.

a) The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 1370, 1371 & 1372 Bergvliet, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.


REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to delete reason 11, adjusting the numbering sequence.
