a) The application for the subdivision of Erf 29 Chapmans Peak, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/75/29, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b) The application for a departure for Erf 29 Chapmans Peak, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
