Resolution details

RESOLVED that:

a) The application for rezoning of Erf 28499 Cape Town at Mowbray from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b) The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 28499 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c) The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 28499 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
