UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 3390 Hout Bay, in relation to the unauthorised gables and roof shown on the plan with drawing number ORI1016.1 revision A, drawn by Avril Jason dated 2016-10-12.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
