UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 13071 Constantia, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plans with drawing numbers 3.01, 3.02 and 3.03, drawn by Zuckerman Sachs Architects dated 2017-05-03.
REASON FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
