UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for a temporary land use departure to permit an off-consumption liquor store on Erf 164855, Cape Town at Hanover Park BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b) The application for a permanent departure to permit 1 parking bay in lieu of 2 parking bays on Erf 164855, Cape Town at Hanover Park BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to delete reasons 1 and 2.
Add reason and amend numbering sequence accordingly:
- In this specific location it is an intrusive land use.
