That the application for the deletion of conditions of title, as reflected in Clause F(d) and (e) of Deed of Transfer T10655/2014, of Erf 24878, 7 Osmond Close, Helderberg Industrial Park, Strand, in order that the property may be developed/utilized for General Industry 1 purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the City’s Development Management Scheme, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
