RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the regulation departure for the relaxation of the 3.5m street building line (along Beulah Road) to 2.03m to allow for the proposed addition to the dwelling (new dining room) on Erf 18140, 7 Beulah Road, Victoria Park, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan no P151020L – Dated 6/10/2015;

b. That the regulation departure for the relaxation of the 3.5m street building line (along Ascot Road) to 2m to allow for the proposed additions to the dwelling (master bathroom and dressing room) on Erf 18140, 7 Beulah Road, Victoria Park, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No P151020L – Dated 6/10/2015;

c. That the regulation departure for the relaxation of the 1.5m permissible distance applicable to garages along Beaulah Road to 1m to allow for the proposed extension to the existing garage on Erf 18140, 7 Beulah Road, Victoria Park, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No P151020L – Dated 6/10/2015;

d. That the regulation departure for the relaxation of the 1.5m permissible distance applicable to windows to 1.032m to allow for the master bathroom windows on Erf 18140, 7 Beulah Road, Victoria Park, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No P151020L – Dated 6/10/2015

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
