That an administrative penalty of 0% BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for an unlawful dwelling additions (living room and entertainment room) and conversion of existing structures into a second dwelling unit in respect of Erf 2935, Gordon’s Bay in accordance with Plan CS01 100.
