That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (liquor shop) in the amount of R5255.00 (5%) in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 100 Kunene Way, Portlands, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
