An administrative penalty in the amount of R 371.91 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1780 Simons Town, as reflected on the plan drawn by Andrew Preiss with drawing number 1 REV 2 dated October 2016.
