UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for an amendment to the site development plan on erf 161014, Cape Town at Muizenberg to permit extensions to the existing dwelling BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Dwg no.: NIEKERK/CS/2015/01 – 03 dated, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT supported the APPROVAL of this application for the reasons set out
in the Planner’s Report
Amend conditions in Annexure A:
2.1.2 ‘A solid screen wall, 1.8m high, shall be constructed along the entire extent of the northern boundary of the first floor balcony’.
