a. The application for the consent in terms of Item 82(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Remainder Erf 7490 Fish Hoek, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for a departure, as contained in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 7490, Fish Hoek, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
