An administrative penalty in the amount of R 6 181,72 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 45085 Cape Town at Rondebosch, for the unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by KLG Architects dated October 2015, with drawing number 1426/001 Revision C.
