UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 0 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 173416 Cape Town at Claremont for the building work that contravenes the Development Management Scheme as per the plan drawn by Lindsey Springorum drawing number 1620-00, dated 20-05-2016.
REASON FOR DECISION
According to applicant, when the current owner purchased the property in 2016 the unauthorised building work was already built.
