UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 404.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 162688 Cape Town at Kalk Bay in relation to the street boundary wall and front facade of the dwelling house as reflected on the plan drawn by Carleen October with drawing number 15/7 dated Feb 2015.
