UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for Consent in order to permit a camouflaged freestanding base telecommunication station on Remainder Farm 1165 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS TO BE IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BY-LAW AS PART OF THE CONSENT APPROVAL
2.9 To read as follows: “No new alternative access route to be allowed to this cell mast installation.”
2.10 To read as follows: “That no additional service connections be allowed to cell mast installation.”
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
