Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:

a. That the application for the removal of a restrictive title deed condition, Clause B.2. of the Title Deed No T119236/2004, in respect of Erf 9419, Bellville to construct a carport, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance to the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure G, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.

b. That the application for a permanent departure from the site access requirement of one carriageway crossing to permit a second carriageway in respect of Erf 9419, Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance to the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure G, subject to the conditions, attached as Annexure A.

c. That the application permanent departure in respect of Erf 9419, Bellville to allow for the relaxation of the street building line from 1.5m to 0.0m to construct a carport BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure G.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
