UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for consent in respect of Condition D(v)(d), as set out in the Title Deed, No. T4857/2016, BE APPROVED in term of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in order to allow the proposed carport extension on erf 906, Parow, as indicated on the submitted Site Layout Plan No. Co15020–L/A02, dated 26 May 2016 (attached as annexure A).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
