UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 0 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 413 Hout Bay for the building work that contravenes the Development Management Scheme as per the plan drawn by E-Visions architectural design studio drawing number EV/ NS1/300csp, dated June 2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
According to the applicant, and verified by Council’s aerial photography, when the current owner purchased the property in 2003 the unauthorised building work was already built.
