UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
a. That the application for subdivision of Erf 550, Durbanville into 3 portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 2.551–SPLAN- 02 dated 17 November 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s consent to operate a 7-bedroom guest house from the existing dwelling on the Remainder portion of Erf 550, Durbanville , BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 2.551–SITE1- 02 dated 17 November 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
