UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for a consent use in respect of Erf 63, Goodwood, to permit
the erection of a 15m high freestanding mast and base station, BE APPROVED, in terms of section 98(b)(i), of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By Law 2015, in accordance with site plan attached as Annexure D, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
