RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a) The application for rezoning from Community Zone 1 to Sub-divisional Area overlay zone and a deviation from the Khayelitsha, Mitchell’s Plain-Greater Blue Downs SDP, 2014 of Erf 29714, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 1308.2 Rev 7, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b) The application for subdivision of Erf 29714 Khayelitsha into a total of 130 erven consisting of 127 Single Residential Zone 2, 1 Open Space Zone, 1 Utility Zone and remainder public road portion, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 1308.2 Rev 7, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
