The application for permanent departure in order to permit a street building line of 2,24m in lieu 3,5m from Marcia Street, on erf 47434, 27 Marcia Street, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing no C107, Dated May 2016.

REASONS FOR DECISIONS:

1. The proposal poses no adverse impacts on the streetscape.
2. The proposal poses no negative impacts on the safety health and well-being of the surrounding community.
3. There is adequate usable open space available on the property.
4. Existing property rights of surrounding properties are not infringed upon.
