That a 5% administrative penalty in the amount of R3 081.00 be determined in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work (carport and covered patio) in respect of Erf 32381, 10 Strand Ridge Crescent, Strand in accordance with plan no D.2909.
