That an administrative penalty of 2 ½ % in the amount of R9390.00 be imposed in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful use in respect of Erf 2483, Gordons Bay in accordance with plan no 2483 GB dated 9/01/2017.
