That a combined administrative penalty of 5% in the amount of R9 248.00 be imposed in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building building work/use in respect of Erf 545, Gordons Bay in accordance with plan no 2016-08-25-001 dated 26/08/2016.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
