That a 5% administrative penalty in the amount of R1 765.00 be imposed in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work (carport) in respect of Erf 1727, Somerset West in accordance with plan no S2927 dated 08/2016.
