RESOLVED that it be noted that, an application for a liquor licence received from INSELBERG WINES (PTY) LTD was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 8 recommends that the application for a micro manufacturer OFF Consumption liquor licence, reference no. LLA24060011, for the business Inselberg Wines at 9 Rupert Street, Helderberg Estate BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS:

No liquor sales directly from the registered address and no wine tastings at the registered address
