Resolution detail

RESOLVED to recommend that,
A portion of erf 1295 Sir Lowry`s Pass situated off Sir Lowry`s Pass Road, in extent approximately 5 915 m², and as indicated as ABCDEFG on Plan 130010299 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Human Settlements Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilized for the purposes of relocating the flood victims;

2. The Human Settlements Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Human Settlements Department.
