RESOLVED that,
 
Cllr Punt enquired about the time lines in which departments need to act on service requests that is logged.  Cllr Punt requested that line departments keep in the line of all agreements that is assigned with the Council to keep to that agreements.  Most complaints received after it has been logged when a resident come back to advice that nothing has be done in a week’s time and it is a sewer matter. The responsibility of Councillors are to do oversight to determine where the department is lacking within the time period.   
 

1. That the content of the schedule of C3 Notifications for Subcouncil 8 for the period June 2024, BE NOTED.

2. That the list of outstanding service requests per Department for all Wards BE NOTED.
