That BE NOTED that an application for an Section 48(4) Event Liquor Lisence received was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 8 recommends that application reference number E23110029 – Strand Harvest Festival Event Liquor Lisence, scheduled to take place on 20 November 2023 and 31 December 2023 with liquor licence application for period from – 09:00 to 20:00, BE SUPPORTED.
