Resolution detail

Mr. Daniels introduced the report and gave an opportunity to Mr. Madikane to give a detailed feedback.

Mr.Madikana explained that the report is for road closure and sale of ERF 104178 to accommodate a private school in Manenberg. The school will create a positive impact in the community as is specializes in Maths and Science and has the best Matric pass rate.

Cllr Moses proposed for the adoption of the resolution seconded by Cllr Nikelo.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

RESOLVED
That the Report on Proposed Closure of Public Road and Granting of in Principle Approval for the Sale of ERF 104178 and a Portion of Remainder ERF 103653, Manenberg, Bound by Ruimte Weg (north), Baakens Road (South), Arno Road (East) and Orion Road (West) via a Deviation from a Competitive Process (lSU: Q0739) BE NOTED.
