It is recommended by Subcouncil 2 that

The Subcouncil notes the Public Participation Plan for the reviewed Air Quality Management Plan for the City of Cape Town as reflected in (Annexure A) attached to the report;

The Subcouncil consider commenting on the content of the draft revised Air Quality Management Plan as reflected in (Annexure B) of the report.
