Resolution detail

RESOLVED that:
 
It be recommended that Subcouncil 20 note the intention to commence with the
optimisation and rationalization of the Wynberg Sport and Recreation Precinct
by following a three-pronged approach as follows:
 
1)    Obtain Statutory Approval for a Draft Development Framework as part of a
Package of Plans.
2)    Regularise and consolidate the multiple leases in the precinct.
3)    Develop a facility masterplan and identify seed projects that may be implemented in the short term (to support the Draft Development Framework and to demonstrate confidence to the public and private sector).
