RESOLVED that

It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from AA LIQUORS was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

SubCouncil 21 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22120019, for the business AA Liquors CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED

This application is conditionaly supported and the applicant is to comply with the following from:

Town Planning:
To obtain approval for the temporary land use departure application in order to permit sales of alcoholic beverages for off-consumption.

Fire and Rescue:
Comply with SANS 10400 and the Community Safety By-Law
Provide approved Municipal plan of building
provide 1x 4,5kg DCP Fire extinguisher

Law Enforcement:
Applicant to stop sales of any alholic beverages and remove the liquor from the premises until approved temporary land use departure application is provided and follow up inspection at the premises are done.
