It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from CYBERCELLAR was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

Subcouncil 21 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22120003, for the business Cybercellar CONDITIONALLY BE SUPPORTED.

This application is conditionaly supported and the comments received from Town Planning, Fire and Rescue and Law Enforcement taken into consideration and the applicant is to comply with the following:

No direct sales of Liquor to the general public may occur at the premises.
Approved building plans to be provided to the Fire & Rescue Services.
Premises to operate as per City of Cape Town business trading hours by-law.
There will be no loud music audible.
Premises to be used as a storage facility.
Sales to be done online.
