It is Recommended that the Sub-council Recommends to the Spatial Planning and Portfolio Committee and the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee for onward submission to Council for approval:

The adoption of the Mamre Local Spatial Development Framework (2023): Volumes 1 & 2, attached as Annexure 1, in terms of sub sections 12, 13 and 14 of the MPB-L;

The Public Participation Report(PPR), attached as Annexure 2, containing the consultation process, comments received and related responses as per sub section 13(3) of the MPB-L, be noted and the responses be accepted.
