RESOLVED that:
Subcouncil 20 noted that in the considering the Subdelegation rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor license received from Bay Harbour Market, Erf 1187, 31 Harbour Road, Hout Bay, for the sale of liquor for consumption ON and OFF Premises, ref No. LLA23010007 BE SUPPORTED.
