That the synopsis of the proposed Mayoral Urban Regeneration Project Task Team held on 22 January 2020 BE NOTED.

That having regard to time constraints relevant to the execution of MURP Projects before 30 June 2020, the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Subcouncil Chairperson and two affected ward councillors BE MANDATED to take decisions on the reallocation of savings being realised on current projects from time to time on the basis that these be reported to the subsequent Subcouncil meeting for information.
