Submission by Mr Vaughan Johnson (Noordhoek resident) Mr Johnson raised the following concerns: 1.When was the new tender for the managing of the Imhoff Caravan park going public? 2.Why was council stalling and passing the buck from one department to the other? 3.Who was the ‘responsible’ person handling the process? The Chairperson informed that the Council did not have the necessary maintenance budget for repairs, as it was obliged to in terms of the lease. She said that the submission would be forwarded to the relevant department for a formal response. RESOLVED that, The questions raised by Mr Johnson be forwarded to the Recreation & Parks department for response. ACTION: SECRETARIAT / VINCENT BOTTO / WILSON BAARTMAN
